TIRE WEAR TIPS
- When the tire tread has worn down to the same level as the wear bars/indicators located in the tread grooves, and/or bulges, splits, cracked sidewalls, visible tire cord and punctures appear, your tires need to be replaced as soon as possible.
- It’s a good idea to check your tires at least once a month. The best practice for checking tires is when your vehicle has not been driven for at least three hours or for no more than one mile.
- For most of North America, fall and early winter are important times to check the tire pressure of your GMC vehicle to ensure they are prepared for low temperatures.
