ABOUT ONSTAR CRISIS ASSIST

OnStar Crisis Assist can help guide members through natural disaster, severe weather or other crises.


HOW IT WORKS

In the case of severe weather, natural disasters and other extreme conditions, OnStar Crisis Assist is available to help.

You can access Crisis Assist through the red SOS button in your vehicle or by calling 1-888-4ONSTAR. Members do not need to know where they are to get assistance. The OnStar Advisor will be able to locate the user and dispatch emergency personnel if needed. In the event of a natural disaster, the OnStar Advisor can provide special routing instructions and connect you to your family members.
